On Elon Musk’s Twitter page – chief executive and founder of Tesla Motors has recently revealed that Tesla Mortors is studying the development of a robotic arm to charge electric cars Tesla Model S. Accordingly, the wing robot arm will undertake such tasks automatically find charging cable, plug in and switch on the car battery charger.
In updated tweet on Wednesday, Musk said: “Btw, we are actually working on a charger that automatically moves out from the wall & connects like a solid metal snake. For realz (sic). This can be used with all existing Model S cars, not just future ones.”
The details have yet to be revealed but seems the charger is a solution for system support replace the battery system automatically Tesla is currently being tested.
